Beginner Forager Calendars 2024

Based on Irish plants, each month focuses on a single wild edible plant with a hand-drawn botanical illustration and guide to where to find it, how to properly identify and harvest, how it tastes, its nutritional value, and how to prepare it.

Developed by Irish sisters, an apprentice herbalist, and an artist, the calendar is printed with plant-based inks on 100% recycled paper at The Factory in Birr, Co. Offaly, powered by green energy. The calendars are sized A4 horizontally.
