If you can attend, please pre-register for the meeting. This really helps with starting the meeting on time and knowing numbers in advance - as a reminder, we need a quorum of 40 members!
Meeting Notice
NOTICE is hereby given that our Annual General Meeting in respect of the year ending 31st December 2024 will be held on Sunday 22nd June 2025 at 10:30am (registration from 10am) for the purposes of transacting the following business:-
- To receive the reports of the Co-ordinating Body and the officers of the Society
- To consider and receive the audited accounts of the society for the year ending 31st December 2024
- To consider the re-appointment of the auditor of the society
- To undertake elections to the Co-ordinating Body
