The secret to a vibrant and sustainable Co-op is the engagement of its members. And it is vital that members are educated about what it means to be a co-operative and how they can participate in their Co-op.
The Co-ordinating Body (our board of directors) which is elected each year by our members has approved new terms of reference for two new committees to support their work and to bring more members into the running of our Co-op.
The Dublin Food Co-op will be launching our Click & Collect online shop in February 2019. We had intended to launch alongside the opening of the new shop but in the end we decided to give it a bit more time so that we could start the new service on the best possible footing.
