Zero Waste Cookalong

Zero-Waste Cookalong

Date: Tuesday 6th April 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Platform: Zoom Video Conferencing

Host: Rozanne Stevens

Workshop Fee: €20

Join Rozanne Stevens, wholefood chef and culinary director of Noosphere, the zero-waste test kitchen in DCU, for a fun and interactive cookalong class.

The focus of the class is learning the best strategies to prevent food waste at home, while still enjoying an abundance of fresh produce and whole foods. We will be cooking 5 ‘Catch All’ and ‘Template’ recipes on the night. Three of the recipes will be main course meals, the fourth will be a lighter meal or snack and the fifth recipe a sweet treat.

Select one or two of the recipes to cook along with, so that it is an easier pace, and you don’t miss anything.

The recipes are all vegetarian but can easily be adapted to vegan with products stocked in the Dublin Food Co-Op.

You will be sent the recipes on the 26 March to ensure that we work with what is in stock.

Once tickets are booked you will receive an event link by email
