All members of Dublin Food Co-operative Society Limited are encouraged to attend a Special General Meeting to be held at Richmond Barracks, St Michael’s Estate, Inchicore, Dublin, D08 YY05:

| NOTICE is hereby given that a Special General Meeting will be held on the 25th February 2023 at 10:00am at Richmond Barracks, Inchicore, for the purposes of transacting the following business:- To provide members with an updated assessment of the current position of our co-operative. To consider, and if thought fit, amend our constitution to permit members to invest in our co-operative through a ‘community share offer’, and to make all amendments incidental to this purpose. To consider, and if thought fit, to repeal our current member discount scheme and replace it with a Co-op Loyalty points scheme with equivalent benefits for members. |
| Resolution A. Complete Rule Amendment WHEREAS it is important to update the rules in order to ensure the co-operative society’s long-term viability and success, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the proposed set of rules, as circulated to all members, be adopted as the new rules of the co-operative society, and FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the existing rules of the co-operative society be revoked and replaced by the proposed set of rules, subject to the acceptance of the Registrar of Friendly Societies. The new rules shall become effective from the moment they are accepted by the Registrar of Friendly Societies |
