Join Mary from Goodness! Kitchen for this lunchtime online cooking workshop where she will guide you through a delicious and nutritious vegetarian menu featuring recipes from different parts of the Mediterranean, including:

  • Spanish Chickpea Stew – the heavenly flavours of tomatoes and spices combine in this hearty dish
  • Roasted Red Peppers – a wonderful accompaniment to your main
  • Olive Tapenade – an Italian-inspired appetiser or a flavourful addition to any Mediterranean meal
  • Greek Dakos – the perfect base for your tapenade with tomatoes, herbs and feta

This is a friendly interactive online class and one which the whole family can enjoy! During the workshop we will cook a delicious meal together just in time for lunch. You will receive the full recipes in advance of the class so that you can be fully prepared on the day.

The event is perfect for anyone needing some inspiration for vegetarian meals.
