Zero Waste Cooking with Rozanne Stevens

We are delighted to announce that we will be running a zero-waste cookery course this November in partnership with Rozanne Stevens. This course is running as part of our Dublin Food Coop & ICOS – Community Development Programme 2019/2020

This course will run on Monday 4, 11, 18 & 25 from 7 – 9pm at Rigger Cafe D8

Class themes will include zero waste for work, zerowaste midweek meals, autumnal zero waste recipes and zero waste foodie gifts.

Rozanne has a background in law and policy, culinary arts education and nutrition. She is very much focused on wellbeing, balance and sustainability.

Rozanne has founded in partnership with Dublin City University, The Noosphere Institute which is a unique research, development and education institute where environmental sustainability intersects with good
health and wellbeing. The hub of the institute is a sus-tainable, zero-waste test kitchen set in the historic All Hallows’ Campus in Glasnevin.
