Annual General Meeting 2022

Member participation is the lifeblood of a vibrant co-operative democracy.

At our AGM, our members can review the activities of our co-operative over the past year, elect members to our Co-ordinating Body and make other important decisions.

Our AGM will be held in-person this year on the 28th June 2022 at 6.00pm (registration opening from 5.00pm).

  • All paid-up members of Dublin Food Co-op are encouraged to attend this year’s AGM.
  • Please pre-register at the link below as soon as possible. You can attend without pre-registering, but it really helps if you do.
  • You will be asked for your membership number and home address to help confirm your identity.

NOTICE is hereby given that our Annual General Meeting in respect of the year ending 31st December 2021 will be held on the 28th June 2022 at 6.00pm for the purposes of transacting the following business:-

To receive the reports of the Co-ordinating Body and the officers of the Society

To consider and receive the audited accounts of the society for the year ending 31st December 2021

To consider the re-appointment of the auditor of the Society

To undertake elections to the Co-ordinating Body

To consider the current and future direction of our co-operative

Co-ordinating Body Elections 2022

The Co-ordinating Body is the elected ‘board of directors’ of our co-operative. A minimum of three members are elected each year at our AGM. The Co-ordinating Body is responsible for guiding our strategy, safeguarding our resources and ensuring the management of our co-op remains aligned with our social, environmental and co-operative values.

Annual Report for 2022

The Annual Report includes the audited financial statements for the year ending 31st December 2020. You will be asked to consider and adopt these at the AGM.

As a member, you are entitled to participate at your Annual General Meeting and elect your Co-ordinating Body members for the next year.

However, you must be a paid up member to participate.

If you haven’t already, please renew before registering for the AGM.
